中国建材出口新市场——尼日利亚

金融危机已在全世界范围内蔓延，这对中国建材业的出口造成一定影响。面对欧美等相对完善的资本主义国家日益严苛的 贸易壁垒 ，中国建材业中部分企业已将目光投向非洲新兴国家市场，比如尼日利亚，这对于其他尚在出口困境中挣扎的建材企业来说无疑是一个启示。目前，尼日利亚对建材陶瓷、轻工家具、木材加工、非金属矿物制品等有着非常巨大的需求，可本国建材产品完全满足不了国内需要，建材价格的飞涨，供需之间的矛盾使国外建材企业看到商机。同时，高效节能的建材产品在尼日利亚市场亦有利可图。下面笔者将就自己所见所闻简要介绍一下尼日利亚，为欲选择该国为出口方向的企业提供一点借鉴。
据尼日利亚大增通讯社消息，尼日利亚国内对基础设施建设重视程度加大，在今年及未来几年内，尼日利亚对水泥、钢铁等建材的需求量将大增，尤其是水泥的需求量将由现在的1800万吨增至4000万吨。尼本地供应量尚不足1/3，导致水泥高价，严重影响了建筑业的发展。随着尼日利亚逐步解除对水泥及相关产品进口的禁令，尼日利亚水泥市场将为中国建材企业提供商机。
另有消息显示，尼日利亚现有钢铁产量不能满足国内的需求，尼政府希望利用丰富的矿产资源，通过对固体矿业的改革，吸引更多外国投资，以满足不断增长的国内需求。
据当地媒体调查，尼日利亚家居用品供求亦不平衡。因木制品等原料价格超高导致当地家居商“无米下锅”，令家居用品价格也随之疯涨，普通消费者根本购买不起，只能继续使用劣制的二手家具或干脆不买。
种种信息表明，中国建材业在尼日利亚市场大有利润可图。但欲往此出口产品的企业要严格做好市场调查并着重关注尼日利亚出台的相关政策，同时还要注意在当地精心培育品牌的知名度。
尼日利亚是贫富分化十分严重的国家，10%的人掌握着90%的财富。掌握大量财富的人群消费没节制并且十分注重品牌，因此欲出口此国的建材企业需要注重培育品牌的知名度，以此扩大产品在尼销量。
另一个值得注意的问题是，尼日利亚政府的腐败问题极为严重，产品出口到尼日利亚大多要过“腐败关”，这造成当地市场的不规范。出口企业需要找到合适接洽人，与当地政府相关部门进行妥善协商，为产品顺利进入尼日利亚市场做好铺垫。

人造文化石STONE VENEER颜色关乎产品成败，但是人造文化石颜色不正有哪些方面的原因呢？
结合多年来的实践经验，主要有以下几方面的原因：
1、颜料：颜色偏差过大，一般来讲，人造文化石颜色分面色和底色两部分，面色一定要用质量好的颜料，而底色就不必要如此考虑了。并且面色的颜料每种颜色都有不同种型号，一旦固定就不应该随便调换所用颜色的型号了。
2、水泥：有的人为了降低成本，使用黑水泥来制作人造文化石，这是不好的，因为黑水泥含碱量高容易泛碱泛白，另外黑水泥因为其本身的颜色所以很难调出合乎样板的颜色。
3、模具：有的工厂为了降低成本使用树脂模具，而树脂模具本身就有不容易着色的特点，因而影响到颜色的着色，建议大家使用硅橡胶来制作人造文化石模具，尽管成本可能会高点，但是做出来的产品细腻逼真、颜色纯正不会发花。再者就其综合成本硅橡胶文化石模具并不比树脂模具高出多少。
